I. Order Processing and Shipment

1. Order Processing Time

• After a user places an order on the Company's platform, the system will automatically confirm the order and enter the processing stage.
• Under normal circumstances, we will process and ship the order within 1-3 working days after receiving the order and confirming payment.

2. Shipping Method
   The Company will select an appropriate logistics company for delivery based on the specific circumstances of the order. We will make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
3. Shipment Notification
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification containing information such as the name of the logistics company and the tracking number. You can check the delivery status through the official website of the relevant logistics company.
